PARTY RENTALS

By making a deposit payment, the renter accepts the following terms and conditions for rental items and equipment provided by 3Teal Events.

1. The rental fees include up to 48 hours of rental time. Additional daily rental fees may apply for items kept beyond the rental dates/times noted on the invoice.

2. 3Teal Events provides Renters with the option of delivery or pick up. Tents may only be delivered, set up and broken down by 3Teal Events. Delivery fees included delivery and pick up from the address provided by the Renter. Delivery fees may be based on factors such as item type and quantities, as well as delivery address distance and time. 3Teal Events requires the Renter's drivers license on file for the pick up option.

3. Invoices will be created at the request of the customer. The invoice will only temporarily hold the reservation date, quantities, and prices for a period of only 48 hours. Within this time, a 25% deposit is required to reserve/confirm the date and order. Non-payment of the deposit within this window could result in the cancellation of the invoice or changes in the order details due to unavailability. Deposits will be applied to the remaining balance which will be due at delivery or pick up time.

4. The invoice is to be paid in full prior to or at time of delivery. 3Teal Events may accept cash at delivery time only for the balance.

5. Deposits are non-refundable, except under special conditions as determined by 3Teal Events. Cancellation of the order within 48 hours of scheduled delivery will result in a 25% cancellation fee by means of forfeiting the deposit.

6. The Renter shall have items gathered and ready for pick up on the date specified on invoice.

7. The Renter is responsible for loss or damage of items and will pay for the cost of replacement or repair. This cost will be assessed within 24 hours of return and presented in a separate invoice payable within 48 hours. The replacement value of items will be determined by age and condition at time of rental.

8. 3Teal Events strives to ensure rented items are in great condition. However, there is no guaranty that rented items are free of defects.

9. Renter takes full responsibility for proper set up of tables and chairs to ensure proper leg locking for full stability. 

10. 3Teal Events tents are light duty and only meant to provide shade from the sun. For the safety of guests, the Renter agrees to evacuate the tent under bad weather conditions such as heavy winds or rain. The Renter takes full responsibility for non-compliance with this warning.

11. The Renter agrees that 3Teal Events holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by the use of rental items to Renter or any Third Party. The Renter assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury.

12. A minimum of $50 cleaning fee will be assessed if items are returned with excessive dirt as determined by 3Teal Events.

13. All food service items must be wiped free of food before pick up. A minimum of $50 fee will be charged if items are not left in this condition.

14. 3Teal Events reserves the right to refuse delivery or off-loading to any address or location deemed unsafe.

15. 3Teal Events will not deliver to buildings with no elevator access to buildings with 2 floors or more. The Renter must move the items from the curbside to the desired location at drop off and vice versa at pick up time.

16. All payments can be made with Debit or Credit card, PayPal, Cash App, or Zelle. We accept cash at delivery or pick up time for any remaining balance. 

17. Cancellation and Refund requests must be made in writing (email or text accepted), and will be responded to promptly by 3Teal Events. 18. If items are ordered and delivered but not used, no refunds will be issued.
